Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your TagGo account in the app or request deletion here if you no longer have access to it.
Delete in the app
Open TagGo → Settings → Delete account. Review both warnings, acknowledge the permanent loss, and tap Delete forever. The deletion is processed immediately.
Request deletion on the web
Email contact@bananadoor.com with the subject TagGo account deletion request. Include your TagGo display name and, if available, the Account ID shown at the top of Settings. We will reply with any verification steps and normally complete a verified request within 30 days.

Your profile and display name, Indoor and Outdoor ELO and ranks, progress, account-linked content and entitlements, installations and authentication records, matchmaking entries, match history and associated movement/gameplay data are deleted from active systems.
Aggregated or de-identified statistics that no longer identify you may remain. Backup copies, if present, age out normally within 30 days. Narrow records may be retained only where required for fraud prevention, disputes, accounting or law. Google Play transaction records and subscriptions are controlled separately by Google; cancel subscriptions in Google Play.
